Tony has worked within the foodservice equipment industry for more than 20 years. His background as a Qualified Chef gives him the extensive knowledge and understanding of the Foodservice delivery model.
During his tenure as State Manager for a leading provider of Foodservice equipment, he was able to work with some of the best brands and QSR’s. He has taken this experience to deliver up-to-the-minute service for clients through Procook, delivering digitally-based solutions for prominent brands in the QSR and Healthcare Industries.
Tracy Milton
Operations Manager
Tracy joined the Procook team in 2015 and during this time has developed her skills and knowledge within the Commercial Kitchen industry, through sales to Project Management.
Tracy’s knowledge and abilities in Quality Assurance maintain efficient operation of the office & projects with the main objective of ensuring clients’ before and after sales experience is a positive one.

Craig brings a wealth of experience to the warehouse and distribution section of Procook.
Craig is responsible for managing the deliveries and ensuring all goods are received and delivered within a timely manner and in good condition including following up and attending site for assistance where required.
